Welcome to Organiclean! By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms. We aim to keep things simple, transparent, and fair.
1. Services We Offer
Organiclean provides eco-friendly cleaning services for homes and small offices. We use natural, plant-based cleaning products wherever possible to keep your space safe and healthy.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our website (if available).
- All cleaning services start at £25/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept bank transfers, cash, or card (depending on availability).
3. Cancellations
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure we can clean efficiently and safely, we ask that you:
- Provide access to your home at the agreed time
- Secure pets and valuables
- Inform us of any delicate items or surfaces that require special care
5. Use of Our Products
We bring and use our own eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.
6. Staff & Conduct
Our cleaners are friendly, professional DBS checked and fully insured. We ask for mutual respect and a safe environment for our team.
7. Liability
While we take every care during cleaning, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed
- Delays due to events outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather)
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with the updated date.

Return and Refund Policy

At Organiclean, your satisfaction means the world to us. We’re proud to offer honest, high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning — and we stand behind the services we provide.
Cleaning Services
Due to the nature of our business (cleaning services rather than physical goods), we do not offer traditional returns. However, if you're not completely happy with a service you've received, we’re here to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're dissatisfied with the quality of a clean:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
- We will offer a free re-clean of the affected area or room at the earliest convenient time.
- If you're still not satisfied, we may offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Missed or Canceled Appointments
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a £15 fee to cover staff preparation costs.
- No-shows (if our team arrives and no one is home/unreachable) may be charged the full booking rate.
Prepaid Packages or Gift Cards
- Unused services from prepaid packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as long as no appointment has been booked.
- Gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or family member.
